Our food was decent, not the best steak I've had by far. Our service was on point. We had a problem with our bill and we didn't notice till we had left. She looked over our bill and was overcharged for an appetizer and an extra drink. We didn't order them, and they added them to our bill. We tried to dispute the charges with them, and they never refunded us our money back. We will not be back. Overpriced for mediocre food. You want a great steak go to the speakeasy on main in Celina, OH. Best steak in the state. Rubies steak houses are way overrated, in my opinion ! Don't fall for all the fancy talk about where it's from and how it's aged. If the price and smack talk don't match the texture...
Ordered a take-away kit and it was no good. I put in my car info for curbside, got there at the selected time, and received no service. I was told I needed to go in but then had to wait. The asparagus and bread were not good. You get a quarter loaf and 20 small spears of asparagus. The instructions for the kit give you three different temps to cook the food so you can't really use. This is the second negative experience in a row I've had with Ruby's and will not be going back.
We stopped at The Precinct while briefly traveling through Cincinnati and were frankly blown away. Every dish was phenomenal, and the service was top notch. We went in without expectations but had one of the best dinners in a long time. The special burrata, tomato, toast appetizer was especially great, as was the classic Freddy Salad.
Alec and Lizzy were amazing! They were extraordinary servers! The food was delicious and the portions were huge! Then butter pie with vanilla bean ice cream to end a fantastic evening- recommended by the manager. A special shoutout to Dallas for making our first experience awesome! Book a table now
Do u guys want to know how u know a place is going to have great amazing food ???? By their salad ! I know it was just a salad but it was a start and it was delicious! My wife had scallops and I had the wagyu. It was fantastic and great service, a must try
Good steak overall. The idea of a restaurant in an old police house is great unfortunately this location is very dirty, unkept, and quite honestly smells. This place needs a serious upgrade!
Paul and Ethan were fantastic at serving and catering top quality food drink and experience. Squash blossoms slap. Filet was delicious. Great Anniversary Dinner.
