We live in town and have been eating here for years but it never really warranted a review. The pub is a converted century home in the centre of town. The bar side is small and tight. The dining room is two rooms with 12 or so tables.New ownership 3-4 years ago lowered the quality of food and service, but recent changes have improved both.Food is much better. Less fried, more fresh.Souvlaki is a particular favorite. The decor needs some attention, but it is a comfortable little town pub.

Been coming here since this opened off and on over the years. I'm not expecting 5 star diamond meals, its a pub. I'm expecting a variety of beers, spirits, good atmosphere and a little variety of quick and easy food stuff. I had the Irish Nachos...it was a massive plate and enough for three/four people. Friend had the mac and cheese, said it was good and there was plenty of it. Looks like they have a pretty loyal client base

Okay, I previously gave a bad review but since we live in town we went in again. There seems to be a new cook and the food for the most part is acceptable. Not great, but edible and cheap. We enjoy trivia night, so come by mainly for this. It is nice to have a local pub, where people are friendly and you can relax. The patio out back has been spruced up, so offers a nice change.

I wish I could pick this restaurant up and move it to Holland Landing. The staff is always really nice. They have a 2 for 1 fish and chips night which is so awesome and their Caesars are so tasty. I really love this bar, I just wish it was closer to home. I would probably never leave. I recommend this place for sure. Book a table now

This is a great place to eat for a lunch. It is a bit tucked away so it is quite a lot of the time. The food is really good but the service can be a little slow.

We recently discovered the wings at this restaurant and have become obsessed. The dry rub is my girlfriend's favorite, and the BBQ flavors are simply delicious.

Was here a few nights ago.. Had the worst fish and chips of my life. Every keg was empty and only had 1 beer choice. I wouldnt recommend this place for a meal. Book a table now

I suppose I may not be well-received by the locals, but I was disappointed by my fellow Yelpers for the first time.
