The Red Lion - Table reservation

I wanted to write this review earlier, but had some issues with my account. We stopped at this restaurant for dinner on our way to Cornwall and were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. The food was very tasty. The staff took our son's milk allergy seriously and made sure we chose a safe meal for him. This may seem like a small thing, but we have been to other places where this was not the case, so we appreciate their allergy awareness. I also want to mention that a kitchen staff member noticed that we were using a napkin for our son to eat (as his main plate was too hot, so we were transferring smaller portions to the napkin for him) and they provided a paperboard instead, which w...

during a ride to lunch. welcome, friendly staff. large selection of bier. offered main menu, lunch menu and specialties. my black blue burger (angus and stilton) was really delicious and very filling. Companion's cheese sandwich also very good, nice and easy to eat right. would be stopped here again. Nice.

I had a fantastic experience at this lovely pub with excellent food and service. My son, who is autistic and a picky eater, actually finished everything on his plate and they even made a special ice cream for him. I was very impressed and highly recommend this establishment.

Super Lunch there today, a friendly welcome with good selection of beers. Just a few minutes away from the A30 and well worth the detour. Parking and EV charging point next to the pub

eat absolutely great! personal very welcoming and friendly, a place like this has helped to eat our vacation unforgettable will definitely return when close
