The Retreat - Table reservation

Although I typically do not leave negative reviews or complain, my experience at The Retreat left much to be desired. I was excited to take advantage of the beautiful weather and sit outside. We sat down and were told our server would be over shortly, 20 minutes later we still hadn’t seen anyone. We were frustrated, especially since other tables who arrived after us were being greeted and served. Several staff members passed us, never acknowledging our presence. Eventually, we had to flag down someone passing by to ask if we could order, not even knowing who our server was at this point.
