Coeliac-friendly; I was thrilled to find a place in Cambridge that offers gluten-free breads, including Dhosa and Appam, which are both fantastic. Most curry houses only serve chapatis and naan, neither of which are gluten-free. They also offer gluten-free fried options from Varda, which is a rare treat for someone with celiac disease. It’s not often that you can enjoy crispy fried foods that are also beautifully presented, like their fried shrimp! All the food is exceptional, and the service has significantly improved since my last visit a few years ago. Absolutely perfect!

Excellent restaurant ! Fast service and great food. I've tried several dishes, last ones being vada, prawns in mango (excellent with coconut rice) and the lamb with parotta. The pistachio dessert is a delicatessen too (recommended to have it with the dessert wine). All in all one of my favourite places in Cambridge (celebrate my anniversary here every year).

Since a few weeks ago a social dinner was visited. The food was delicious, especially given the very reasonable price for a three course tasting menu £25ish without drinks), and the atmosphere was great. I would really recommend the venue for annual dinners of the company, especially we looked at many options and that was by far the best.

Probably the best Indian food in Cambridge and for a bargain. The food takes a while to cook (we were first to arrive for dinner on Friday and took 45 mins to get our food) but it's worth the wait. The dishes can be really spicy even if it says mild on the menu so I ask specifically for mild. Book a table now

A paradise for those with celiac disease—every curry is gluten-free! The South Indian gluten-free flatbreads are absolutely delicious, and I can confidently say the kulfi here is the best I've ever had. The owners are very mindful of cross-contamination and are such a lovely couple.

This Indian Keralan restaurant in Cambridge is absolutely delightful! The family service is incredibly friendly. The Appam (rice bread) and Dosa are outstanding! I visited 15 years ago, and the quality remains just as delicious! It's definitely worth a visit if you're in Cambridge!

The food was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The co-owner, a woman, also makes delightful and irresistible desserts! This is our favorite Indian restaurant in Cambridge, and I've recommended it to many people!

Relaxed, home-cooked authentic South Indian food. Beautifully balanced and flavoured curries, dhal (samba) and birynais. The vegetarian thali is particularly good for those who want a quick meal. Book a table now
