WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE.As soon as we walked in, the host and entire staff looked unhappy, unfriendly, and had bad attitudes. Host was a rude man who was very dismissive of customers and their seating requests. No smiles. No customer service whatsoever. Once we were seated at the booth, we waited about half an hour before a server came to take our order. Servers were all over the place catering to different tables. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my boyfriend ordered whole wheat pancakes. We waited for another half hour... we asked our server(s) to check on our meal. They seemed confused. very casual. I stopped at the ridge diner for breakfast this morning. it was early and there were only a few regular sessions on the lunch table. I have selected a table and settled in. I only saw the breakfast menu that had many omelette and griddle options as well as other items. I went with the Irish omelette, one of their breakfast specialties. I like baked bark. it was ok, not almost as much horned bark as I would have preferred, but there were many Swiss cheese and green paprika. when they include the house cups, it was a big breakfast. The place is a absolute joke and should be shot down the food is greasy and nasty completely disrespectful servers and food is very greasy and undercooked! I will make sure to get the health department involved in investigating this place because of how nasty and dirty it is!! And also look at your other reviews that says it all!! What a joke
The few times we have gone to the diner, they stuck us in the back room near the bathrooms. My belief is it was because we had kids. The diner was not busy at all and they stuck us in a hot room near the bathroom. Also, upgrade the chef. The food is not so good.

What I appreciate about The Ridge Diner is their cheerful and professional approach to takeout orders through Seamless and Grubhub. The food is prepared incredibly quickly and is always ready for pickup. They even offer a complimentary dessert in the fall!
good eating time. on Sunday night, we had no food in 12 hours. this is just a good standard food. burger was a burger, waffel was a waffel. the expectation was that we wanted good solid food and that we have. easy, convenient and the service is good.
had the open face roast beef at night. enough food for 2 adults with rest for tomorrow! the staff was friendly, eating was good and the price was great. the apple turnover was just as large and the baked was very fluffy.
The chicken burger was a bit dry, and our waitress wasn't very attentive. I don't think I'll be returning for a good experience.
