I visited this restaurant for the first time and my waitress, Paige (I believe?), was wonderful. She was tall, slender, and had an incredible smile that brightened my day. She was courteous, efficient, and very attentive to my needs. My coffee was refilled promptly and more often than I expected. The biscuits and gravy were generous in portions, and I couldn’t resist finishing off my meal with a slice of blueberry pie. By the time I left, I was completely satisfied and not a bit hungry.
Food was average. Nothing special that I'd come back for. Service was lacking. We were a large party and had requested the kids food was made and brought out first. Somehow the kids food came out dead last. Not really gluten free friendly. So yeah not super impressed, but it wasn't terrible.
The Rooster Diner has a very professional staff and the wait times for food being ready is very accurate. The staff are honest about wait times when guest walked in. I suggest buying more menus for dine in customers. Some customers have to wait for a menu to be available. That's not normal.
I loved that I didn't have to ask for extra jelly for my toast since there was plenty available on the table. However, I was a bit disappointed with the atmosphere; I was hoping for more rooster-themed decor at the Rooster Diner. It could use a bit more of that rooster flair! Book a table now
One of the limited breakfast options in the area that serves classic breakfast foods with a run down diner feel. I give this place four stars cause I didn’t leave full after. The food is kinda sketchy to me I didn’t feel like I was eating real food.
Occasionally I like to have diner food. This place hits all the buttons I look for. In the last year I've come 4 times. There is always enough to take home for a later snack.
The food was ok and service was just ok. Too many other options in the area to eat here
