We held my parent's 60th Wedding anniversary here at very short notice, Mel and the team went above and beyond to make it a very special event, it looked absolutely magical, when I came to bring the balloons I could not believe my eyes, I never for one moment was expecting to see the beautifully dressed tables and chairs, I have to say it brought tears to my eyes. Mel and the team where so obliging, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was so friendly, really made my parents day a very special day. A very big thank you to all who were involved. Last Sunday, I stopped by for a pint and discovered a proper pub that serves a traditional Sunday roast. Unfortunately, we arrived too late and they had sold out. So, we went back early this morning and ordered two adult and two children's chicken dinners. It was the best Sunday dinner I've had in a long time. The chicken was so juicy it practically fell off the bone, and the fresh vegetables paired perfectly with the homemade gravy—it was to die for. I highly recommend this place. Well done!
Went in today for Mother's Day, table booked for 3pm upon arrival was told there would be delays which was no problem, waited In the bar area until a table was ready, staff came and collected us when ready, all our food was at our table before stayed time by staff and was of a high quality would definetly eat here again great value, service and quality and personally think the staff coped extremely well today with high demands.
I decided to dine out today, and I'm so glad I did! The food was really delightful. My son ordered a children's meal and found it very tasty; he especially enjoyed the dunking doughnuts for dessert. My partner had the mixed grill, and I opted for a burger, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this place! Book a table now
Had my daughter's birthday party here. The staff made the whole experience stress free. They decorated the area beautifully. Melanie produced a hot and cold buffet. There was a huge selection of food, for the money and it was delicious. Our guests all complimented the food. Thank you for ensuring our daughter had a special day to remember.
with a friend who recommended it for a pint on a Sunday midday, very warm and friendly atmosphere and we have a free sunday dinner in the bar that was very tasty to taste. only they come to Great Britain 1-2 times a year, but I will definitely return to this place. just like a good old English pub should be.
The staff were absolutely exceptional when I visited to plan my daughter's party. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. I highly recommend this venue to everyone; the employees could not have been more accommodating. Thank you!
