Visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon just as a spur of the moment decision. We decided to sit outside at the back - but undercover and were pleasantly surprised. Service was great. Attentive and informing us that there would be a wait of 40 minutes for our food - but it came out in half that time. We had the seafood platter for 2 and it was a perfect size for us. One comment I will make is the batter was too much and easily came away. I can only guess it was just dunked and thrown into the fryer without much thought. I didnt mind as I was happy to eat the seafood without it. Dishes were cleared promptly and we were asked if we wanted another drink. Overall good experience for pub grub. Nice...
Not a big variety of food. Very pub food-y which is to be expected. I got the sticky ribs with rice. Excellent ribs, however the rice tasted very powerfully of coriander (which I dislike) and the noodle salad had something on it that made it extremely hot and spicy! Couldn't eat it. Same goes for the entree squid, it was too hot for everyone on the table to eat. The other people on my table had the hotdog, sticky pork sliders and steak sandwich, they seemed very happy. Garlic bread was also very nice.
Overall it was a good experience, waitress was attentive, prices were decent.
Would probably try again, however wouldn't go near anything that could be spicy!
Not a huge fan of the food - it's very "pub" but the beer and cider is worth a visit. Love the building too - the upstairs area over looking Fremantle town is quite lovely. Nice for a beverage after a Freo wander.
Love coming here in downtown Freo. Full of old world charm and character. Food menu and range of beers on tap is delightful. Something here for everone and good service from the staff as well. Highly recommended.

Had many great meals at the Sail but Sundays lunch was the best yet. We chose to share a few different smaller dishes. The baked Brae cheese was unbelievable. Great service, great food. Coming back for more soon.
wasn't terribly impressed at first however management did actively ensure that the experience was great and consequently cannot fault the service and the dedication to customers do recommend the place
We were served raw chicken parmigiana!! Pink raw chicken meat, my two friends felt ill, we couldn't finished our lunch. Disgusting, wasn't offered a good enough apology or anything....refused to pay.
Love the way these guys are one of the only pubs in Perth offering daily food and drink specials. 7 buck pints and $15 pint and meal combos are untouchable around town!
