I ordered a #25 on my lunch and got to work with an empty sandwich. I asked for everything with certain modifications and only received the modifications. If i could see over the counter it would have been no problem for me to correct the sandwich. I’ve called the store literally 8 times and the phone is off the hook. I cannot come back due to having to get back to work but I am hoping this can get resolved asap.
I've been here 4 times and everytime they take way too long on making my sandwich. It shouldn't take 25 minutes to make 1 sandwich, they need more staff. I understand that I came in when they just open, but it's not my fault that they open at the busiest time. Only reason it's not at a 1 star is because the food is decent and subway is too far
Pretty much always perfection with my regular tuna sandwiches. Shout out in particular to Sharon and Rachel for consistently operating at a high level. To be great sometimes is like a clock that is correct twice a day (broken). This business always operates at a high level. Thanks from my mother and myself, a regular and local customer.
Wow, I haven’t had a sandwich give me the chills before but the sandwiches here were incredible. I came with my daughter and best friend and we got The Judge on Sourdough, The Skylark on a sweet roll and The Veggie Bomb on Dutch Crunch and split them all. They were all seriously incredible. Do not spend the service fee to order your sandwich early. They are always short staffed. Waited over 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches while they happily made sandwiches for people who just walked in before us
Roadrunner sandwich will always be one of my favorites of all time. And the Dutch crunch. That bread is just BOMB
