I went to the Sunday Buffet with high expectations, but unfortunately, most of the food was only lukewarm, with the chicken tikka starter even being served cold. When I pointed this out, the manager simply felt the cold dish without saying anything, but eventually had the kitchen make a fresh batch which was much better. However, I was scolded for using too many plates, which I found frustrating considering the variety of dishes offered. Terrible customer service. Ordered food to be delivered at 19.15, this arrives at 19.45. One of the meals was wrong and could not be eaten due to allergies. Called the restaurant who advised they would replace this immediately and send it straight out. Over 45 minutes later and various phone calls they told me the meal was on its way. After a further 20 mins I called again and had the phone put down on me by a very rude female member of staff and the staff then refused to answer the phone to me! Replacement meal finally arrived at 21.05 after all other members of the family had eaten together! Absolutely shocking service! Will not be using again.
The staff at this restaurant are very nice and friendly, and the food is delicious. I have been here three times now and I will definitely be returning. The only issue I encountered was that there was no hand wash in the restroom dispenser, so I tried to use the hand gels but they were also empty. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. I would recommend this place for a good meal.
Very average Indian food. A little bland and tasteless. I’d say more westernised, rather than authentic. The chicken dish was described as marinated and charcoal grilled, but seemed boiled. The bhajis and samosas were tiny. The Spinach feta naan, was just a roti with feta sprinkled on top. Very few vegetarian options. There are far better Indian restaurants nearby.

A fantastic visit tonight, with the food kindly delivered to the table with impeccable service. Firecracker chicken fave as always and then Bengal Handi which was delicious. Thanks again! We made a reservation for six people. The food was amazing and the staff was lovely. They were very accommodating. We ordered appetizers and main courses and the portions were generous. The prices were very affordable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
We have been going here since its inception. The food is always amazing and the portions are plentiful. The tamarind dip is to die for. Crafted by the one and only L. It should be bottle and sold!
Fantastic atmosphere and the decor was amazing. The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful and courteous. Will be going back soon.
