Saw a show at The Sinclair on Saturday night. It was a fun atmosphere at this smaller venue, which I would return to for the right show. Quality: A decent venue and one of the better ones I have been to in Boston. While it was a bit snug for a sell-out show, there was still enough space to easily fit everyone into the main room. The design was okay, but since it was small it avoided a lot of crowd problems. Sound quality was good, however could have done more to pump sound into the bar area. I worked for a music venue for quite some time, so I know how venues tend to absorb the character of the current show therefore are not fully responsible for the vibe of the night. We went to see Tinariwen last night (a show we've been looking forward to for months) it was such a pleasant experience. Tinariwen is an iconic group. The fans were respectful kind. The energy of the venue was buzzing with happiness celebration. It would've been a great show even if it were in a empty parking lot. I have not eaten at this restaurant, so I cannot provide a review of the food. I have visited this venue a few times in the past for concerts, more than five years ago. The venue itself is cozy and clean, with decent sound quality. The bartender was fantastic, very friendly and upbeat. These factors are the reasons why I am giving it 2 stars. However, the other staff members were incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite the website stating they have a seasonal coat check, it was closed on a chilly, rainy day. I came here to see my cousins band play. I thought it was a pretty nice venue with a main area in front of the stage and then a mezzanine around three of the 4 sides, so you could go to different areas for different vibes. There are three bars, all with a water station. One is in the main lobby area, another to the side on the floor in front of the stage, and one on the mezzanine. The bathrooms were also very clean and there was one in the lobby area, and one on the mezzanine.
I've visited this restaurant multiple times, but my most recent experience was fantastic! The staff, both at the bar and merchandise table, were incredibly friendly. The prices for drinks were average for the area. The venue is cozy and intimate due to its smaller size. I'm looking forward to attending more shows there in the future!
Cool Warm Club was a great concert venue with a nice atmosphere. We didn't try the food, but there was limited seating upstairs for those who needed it. The event we went to was general admission with standing room only. Donny Benet put on a great show! Thank you.
Security is absolutely inhumane. They ruined my friend group's night for absolutely no reason and tricked us into paying by saying the whole group would get in soon 1.5 hours later and half of us were still waiting in the freezing cold.

This may have been one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Their staff was rude and out of line. I would not come back here ever again. This may be the worst place I have ever been in Boston. Please go elsewhere trust me.
Could've used a couch against the wall up in the mezzanine section, but otherwise a nice venue. Parking right across the street is convenient if they have openings.
