I had been eager to try this restaurant for years, ever since they were located in their charming little building. I finally had the opportunity to visit last fall, but I was disappointed with the experience. The restaurant had odd hours and we had to order online. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the food. I ordered the chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese with ranch. Everything was overly salty and the ranch dressing had a strange taste that did not resemble traditional ranch dressing. We absolutely loved everything at this restaurant! Our favorites were the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese, the Philly cheese steak with turnip greens, the Tuna (chickpea) melt with cole slaw, the Chicken and gravy with another serving of Mac, and the Rice crispy treat for dessert. We specifically came here to try the vegan Nashville Hot Chicken and it exceeded our expectations. I loved the spiciness, but my wife found it too hot for her liking. The Mac and cheese was the tastiest I've ever had and the Philly cheese steak was cooked perfectly.
I stopped by this restaurant on Sunday during Thanksgiving weekend. I typically play it safe when trying new plant-based food places, but I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious chicken sandwich and amazing greens. I even considered asking for the recipe. The only letdown was the $8 pumpkin muffins, which tasted like they came from a popular food franchise that sells bread for $2 less. I wish they had offered a homemade authentic muffin instead. Despite this, the service was excellent and I would definitely return to try their breakfast options.
Food is great but this has to be the most poorly run restaurant in existence. The weekly hours are awful, and they’re closed for the most obscure holidays. Want to order your food ahead? Can’t eat it there, they literally just kicked us out for sitting at a table while the restaurant was basically empty because it was “packaged to go”. I wish they’d sell the recipes to someone that knows what they’re doing.

I was very excited to try the Southern V. (First timer) I was disappointed as the food did not appear to be the fresh (cooked to order or that day) I have had vegan dishes and it just wasn't a good day The Mac and cheese had a terrible after taste and wasn't fresh The greens were okays the beans were the same. The fresh fruit mango smoothie was the best..very good. Perhaps I'll try again Guest 2 Spend $43
Went to Southern V a couple of weeks back and had an enjoyable time! The two servers helped my wife and I out (since it was our first time) on what to order. Both of our dishes were fantastic, and I am glad we made the stop. My wife and I always look for veggie/vegan restaurants (due to a meat allergy), and this one was highly recommended! Our first time in was on Sunday and it was so delicious!! We ordered a lot of stuff too. Everything came out in a timely manner and the people working were super kind! I like the self service kiosks too. Mac and cheese was by far the best I’ve ever had vegan or not. Jackfruit nachos were phenomenal. Milkshakes on point. I don’t have any complaints. 10/10 will come back and try more :
Fantastic food, great value, quick service, extremely clean. Gluten free menu isn't huge but the food is fantastic.
