I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I ordered the brilliant bratbeef, which was fantastic, while my two friends enjoyed pasta with a unique twist. For dessert, we tried the ginger pudding with custard, which was delightful. The charming owner showed great care in ensuring we had a great time. I also noticed their new display of heucheras outside—there were 61 in total! This village pub is definitely worth a visit.
The food service was excellent, and I highly recommend this restaurant. The Sunday roast was delightful, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed a mid-week meal—be sure to try the specials!
The pub staff were very nice and friendly. The roast dinners looked delicious. Unfortunately, we arrived just a bit too late to be served. However, we will definitely return. A. Jackson
