The Sunken Monkey - Table reservation

The Sunken Monkey looked lovely from the outside. My parents were here from Canada visiting for a short time and it was our last day, so we decided to try a new dining experience. We were absolutely blown away by the quality of food and outstanding service!!! We tried the chili prawn pizza, calamari, dumplings and the chicken burger! They were all delicious! The staff were so pleasant with great personalities and I can’t wait to come back here again! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, you will not be disappointed! They are also great with kids! 5 stars on everything from us!!

Great suburban pub in a convenient location on the Central Coast Highway. Good pub grub and range of beers (including a number of my favourites) on tap, friendly service and on or off street parking. Only fault I can mention is they are understaffed, but given the difficulties finding staff currently being exoerieced by the hospitality industry, I doubt this is the 'Monkey 's ' fault. I 'll definitely go there again.

Cool venue, I went for the open mic and was very impressed with the setup. I had an aloha pizza which wasn't terrible, but it wasn't amazing. I'll be back for he open mic, but maybe I'll try something else from the kitchen next time.

Great place to eat or drink, friendly staff. I would rate 5 stars if they had a better selection of dark beers, although they finally do have a new stout on tap that tastes great. The best thing is they allow dogs

Great, fresh food! Everything was delicious! Very reasonably priced. The staff was so lovely and accommodating. We will definitely come back!
