They will also customise some vegetarian items to make them vegan if you ask. They are expensive, but all sushi is. Their wakame salad is particularly good. You need to be a little careful with the labelling, I have found non vegan items like the vegetable gyozas (contain egg) and the tomago (an egg omelette) listed wrongly as vegan several times, especially on their online order forms so be careful to double check anything that seems odd. The food at this restaurant is amazing, the service is excellent, and the setting is ideal for a romantic, upscale dining experience. We highly recommend it to everyone - it's truly wonderful.
