we enjoyed an excellent three-course menu. yes the menu choice was small, but we felt that the cook had taken time to produce a balanced menu with an interesting and appealing selection of dressed. we prefer this as an extensive menu that tries to be all...things, and it also meant that we felt unhurried and read the complete description of each plate before they decide. the restaurant is located in the waitery chapel down and a wine pairing was proposed for each court. for the main I chose the pork bell, pink peppercorn toffee and karamilized ananas as a rotation on the usual pork/apple combination. it worked very well! service was very good and we both noticed that the head always question...

we visited the swan chapeldown to celebrate an event, but the feeling remained quite excited. the offer has three courses for £30, but this is just the start price. while eating is pretty, the green beans were raw and the starter was miniskule. the cost of beverages is considerable. we had their three course menu and one of us ordered the cheeseboard and wanted a glass port, but they had none. we ordered Americano coffee, but her coffee machine couldn't produce hot milk so we had lukewarm coffee that was terrible. they took the bill, which contained 12.5% service fee. between two people we had three glasses champagne, half a liter red wine and a double brand. the cost was £170.00 our opinion...

we visited the restaurant to celebrate a jubilee for a lunch. we had already said it was small plates. at the arrival there was a friendly reception. we were told that from a short menu of 7 items plus brot, one. was not available. that was a little disappointing as it is likely that everyone who has booked as we did would try all the dishes between them and so it is a shame that it is not enough for the lunch service. it was a 1.30 booking, so not too late. we enjoyed eating, the dishes were tasteful and beautifully presented we chose various weeping with each cure that were all excellent. there was a small selection of desserts we liked. it was expensive, but we had a nice lunch and would...
