We had such a bad experience which is a real shame as we used to love the cobham branch. I took my two daughters for a princess cake and hot chocolate. We got to the front and the person who seemed to be in charge, kristina, was on her phone and didn't look up when she saw us come in. As someone else eventually came over she then jumped in and started talking to her colleague about where to sit us. The restaurant wasn't busy. We asked what cupcakes were available and were told there weren't any, not the end of the world. I bought my Daughter a voucher for her 30th Birthday, we visited on Saturday the 25th of Feb at 1.30, we were really looking forward to it as we had seen it advertised and it looked like a lovely way to spend the afternoon. We could not have been more wrong, this is a very large “traditional” tea rooms. It was extremely busy, there were nowhere near enough staff and the staff that were working were rushed off their feet. I wish I had read all the reviews before going sadly I booked this on the web but did not know the information was inaccurate ! The cupcakes Teresa the robot were on the web but when we arrived they had no cupcakes or the robot ! This was the whole point of coming here for our daughters 13th ! Very slow service very OK food ! Do not waste your money ! Wish I had stuck with my original booking of the Ivy Cobham !
Never been here before but seems like the only place in Guildford that does a cooked breakfast, we’ve tried bills before but it was horrible. Really impressed with the breakfast here, it’s huge! You get a lot of food for just under £12. Bacon and eggs were cooked perfectly and both myself and my husband are extremely fussy with food! Will definitely return
