I've been to this location three times now. I absolutely LOVE the grapefruit green tea which I order ¼ sweet. If you are thirsty not looking for a sugar bomb this is close to the perfect tea. But...they seem to be consistently short staffed. The service is friendly enough but ranges from slow to very, very slow. Waiting over 20 minutes for two teas on a warm Saturday afternoon is really not going to keep me coming back. Hopefully this will change because the tea really is very good!
The customer service could definitely use some improvement. I asked for a replacement for my order because it needed more sugar, as it was stated on the menu that I could request this for satisfaction. However, when I brought this up to the staff member, she didn’t respond and had an unpleasant attitude. It’s frustrating to see something advertised on the menu and then be met with attitude when I ask for it.
Waited 10 min in line with no acknowledgment, once I finally ordered my “#1 milk tea”, It took another 5 minutes to make the drink. I was the only one in line. Once I took my drink and headed home, I was really disappointed to find it had zero sweetener in it. Just tea and milk. 1/5 service, 1/5 quality
I typically have faith in the TeaHouse franchise, but today was disappointing. They served me the wrong order, and when I asked for a coffee from their menu, the cashier responded, "We’re not a coffee shop." To top it off, the food tasted like it had freezer burn. Book a table now
Super slow today. Waited 30 minutes and ending up leaving without a drink. The counter person told me it’s because there is only 2 of them but there was only 2 people ahead of me. There was a wait out the door and nobody at the counter for much of that 30 minutes
I shouldn't have had to wait 40 minutes for a drink. It was frustrating to see others who ordered 30 minutes later receive their drinks before those of us who had been waiting. What a disappointing experience.
I absolutely loved it! There are plenty of options for bubble tea. The Mango Cream Blend Tapioca was fantastic. They also have seating available, and the staff was very friendly.
I picked up the kids after school. The drinks were decent, but unfortunately, they messed up our order and we had to send it back to be corrected. Book a table now
