probably the best pub in the world. in summer the garden is only spectacular, at the foot of the downs and in winter the cozy fire and interior decor is magnificent. excellent eating and local ales washed with plentiful blacks.

so cheap and uncomplicated, but delicious food. will not get on the bandwagon post pandemic and the prices high. will pay off when the time goes on. beautiful gardens and view. peaceful. clean. a visit.
