I had two pints of Hawkshead bitter,a lovely pint. The atmosphere and ambience is excellent! A real comfortable English pub,one that I've drank in intermittently over the years! I used to live in Lancaster,but moved away years ago,only visit occasionally. The history behind the establishment is intriguing.
Lovely friendly staff! The lady came outside to advise us on parking and was very helpful whilst we questioned various items on the menu. The food was spot on. Had the Vegan Lancashire Pot and husband had the Lamb version. Both were perfect. Definitely recommend!
Brilliant place, with a good choice of beers, ales and food. Limited selection of dishes, but really tasty food. We loved the lamb hotpot and the fish and chips. Veggie hotpot was great as well. Great classic English heritage pub feel. Friendly staff and service.
We loved their Fish and Chips!! The batter is crispy and perfectly seasoned. Fish is light, soft, flaky and fresh! Best fish and chips we’ve had! Excellent lager, Carling. We had a nice chat with the chef. He is very friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant. Book a table now
We reserved a table for Father's Day, following recommendations on Google. Overall, we had a good time. The Three Mariners provided us with an excellent level of customer service, a healthy choice of food and drinks, and they are also dog friendly.
Proper quality English pub for food and drinks. Large selection of real ales all which I had were well kept and drank well. Food here was excellent had the pie and the hotpot with a side of chips. Shame there aren’t more places like this around.
As a first-time visitor to Lancaster, I dined at The Three Mariners and I must say the food was excellent! The portions, including the children's menu, were generous and very delicious. I highly recommend this hotspot.
