The food and service there were insanely inconsistent, but I 'll give them a C+ for at least trying their best. However, they definitely overpriced their offerings, and I apologize to anyone who ended up getting ripped off by their lies. I don't even know where to begin, but if I could give a thousand stars, I would! We just celebrated our wedding on June 26, 2023, and it was a dream come true! From the very first day, Michael worked with us every step of the way, answering all my questions and ensuring that everything was exactly how we wanted it. We couldn't be happier. The maître d'hôtel, Mike, was truly exceptional. Throughout the wedding, I felt completely taken care of. He anticipated all our needs, and everything went seamlessly. Everyone left the venue happy; the food, the service – everything was AMAZING! Thank you, Tides Estate, for giving us the most beautiful and memorable wedding day!
Went to our 75th anniversary union dinner at The Tides Estate, the place is gorgeous, but the food was horrible. The cocktail hour and dinner food that was suppose to be hot was cold, had no taste and they had some of the leftover cocktail food with dinner. The servers were not refilling the trays, you had to ask them to, meanwhile the manager was just standing around not directing the servers. The alcoholic beverages were watered down. The deserts were stale and the DJ was horrible, no one was dancing. I would not attend another event at The Tides Estate.
We attended a Sweet 16 party in July 2021, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, and there was fantastic music that made for great dancing. The service was exceptional as well. One of the highlights was the candle lighting ceremony, which I really enjoyed participating in. I opted for the vegan lasagna, and it was outstanding. Overall, I would rate this banquet hall a perfect 5 out of 5 for both service and food.

Michael and Luis were the best team I could imagine. A completely stress free experience when you leave your wedding in their hands. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to make everything a dream come true! From planning to execution, I’m speechless and beyond happy as they exceeded my expectations. Beautiful venue, delicious food, and amazing staff.
This venue is lovely, but the cocktail hour was quite disorganized. There were large crowds at most food stations, making it difficult to get to the food. I tried the pizza, penne pasta, fried shrimp, and mozzarella sticks. Only the shrimp and pasta were enjoyable. The bartenders at the bar also didn’t seem very welcoming.
We choose the perfect venue for our Wedding! From the ceremony, grand ballroom, food, servers, lighting, just everything was absolutely beautiful! We first met with Tito who handled everything from start to finish. Mike was our Maitre'd, and he did such an awesome job!
We had an awesome time. Perfect place to have your special event. The food was amazing. The personal especially Michael was super attentive and caring. We highly recommend The Tides for your special occasion.
