I went to Urban Chocolatier last night and had an amazing Kinder Bueno waffle. I also received fabulous customer service from Chef Nick, who was incredibly helpful and polite. Edit: I went there a second time and had a very yummy Kinder Bueno milkshake! Chef Nick once again provided excellent customer service with his speedy and impeccable service! He even made sure to fill my milkshake with an expensive, rich white chocolate filling...
Last week, our big family visited Urban Chocolatier and had a fantastic experience. The menu had a wide variety of options, ensuring that there was something for everyone to enjoy. The staff was extremely accommodating, and we especially appreciated the cold jug of water served at the end of our meal. This is a great spot for families, and we definitely plan to return!

Went out with the family for some desert to urban chocolatier in Wembley had the chocolate amore, strawberry dream and Oreo cookie dough. They were absolutely delicious and the kids enjoyed them very much. The staff were very friendly and super efficient especially the assistant manager Nikheel who made sure we were very well looked after. Book a table now
I stopped visiting this restaurant a couple of years ago, despite enjoying their cake batter. Previous staff were rude and unprofessional. However, since the new management of Nikheel and Nicki took over, this place is definitely worth a visit! They have the best cake batter I've ever had! The cake batter cup is a solid 10/10.
I had an amazing experience at this gelato shop! The gelatos and sundaes are fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the pistachio, Oreo, and celestial flavors. Nikhil and the entire staff are friendly and welcoming. The place is open until 1 AM in Wembley, making it a great spot to hang out with friends.
Nikhil the Assistant Manager provided outstanding customer service skills and presentation skills in our desserts. He took his time to make our desserts very tasty and made sure the presentation was outstanding! A very good sense of humour, who made sure we left happy! All the best for the future!
I went to this branch on Saturday and was served by the welcoming Nikhil and his team. The food was fresh, Nikhil and the team were all genuinely friendly and attentive. The dessert and drink selection is extensive. I tried the Biscoff French toast and a peanut butter milkshake, and both were absolutely delicious. I just wish there was a location closer to home so I could visit more frequently.
