The Village Grill - Table reservation

This restaurant is the worst. During my birthday meal there, we were rushed to finish eating and the lights were dimming while we were still dining. The service was poor, with my friend's plate being taken away while she was still eating. I was supposed to receive a free bottle of prosecco for my birthday, but it was not given to me. When I asked the waiter about it, he said that was not the policy. I wrote to the manager to complain, but have received no response to this day. I will never go back to this place again. We were a party of [number] and we feel that it was a waste of money. McDonald's would have been a better choice. Hopefully this poorly run restaurant will be shut down soon.

The worst birthday meal experience. Couldn't wait to finish eating. The lights dimmed while we were still eating. My friend's plate was taken away while she was still eating. Poor service overall. I was promised a free bottle of prosecco for my birthday, but when questioned about it, the manager denied it. I complained to the manager and was told they would look into it, but I have not received a response since September 2nd. Will not be returning to this place. There were 16 of us in our party. Save your money and go to McDonald's instead. The restaurant may not be open for much longer if they continue with this level of service.

The village has introduced a fantastic new menu, along with a great lunch menu. The staff are consistently pleasant and courteous, and the restaurant is always impeccably clean. I highly recommend it for both young and old patrons.

The village have a new menu which is fantastic- they also have a great lunchtime menu. the sataff are always pleasent and polite and theplace is done up. very clean and would recommend to old and young.
