"Amazing venue and everyone should experience it. However rooms old and dated (partly excusable as built in 1500). Not excusable was distinctly average (being kind) food in main restaurant and entry level staff in all areas. Of the dozen or so staff interacted with only 3 or 4 were of an acceptable level of competence."
