Attentive and friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant is situated on the River Tay with a wonderful view. I ordered the venison loin which was cooked well and the creamed potatoes were delicious. However a dish like that lives and dies by the sauce and unfortunately the bacon jus let the dish down. Very good food a must try is the smoked salmon and crayfish starter and from mains the beef stroganoff and the sirloin steak. We went to the restaurant two days in a row and I'm glad we did! Lovely service (helpful and smiling), amazing atmosphere and I imagine that the lake view in the daylight must be wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
