The Wheelhouse Grill

The service was incredibly slow, there was a large hair in my main course, the replacement dish never arrived on time, the table was never cleared of empty glasses, and the drinks for the table next to ours were included on our bill. There were no apologies or attempts to rectify the situation, resulting in a very disappointing birthday dinner. Despite reaching out to the restaurant via email two and a half weeks ago, there has been no response. I would suggest avoiding this restaurant until they improve their service and staffing issues. Very disappointed.

we have booked this restaurant for a personal trip and paid £90 to pay, but had to cancel some days before the reservation because one of the workers woman was taken in the hospital, so we thought it was unfair to go further, so I asked to change the...date, but was said that we could not do this and the payment was not refundable. we are now £90 down I think this daylight rob will never use this chain of restaurants again. So, if they pay a deposit, they'll be careful.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have enjoyed it. However, the breakfast I had was terrible. The streaky bacon was so undercooked that the fat was disgusting. I asked for banana with the bacon and French toast, but they said they had no bananas and still tried to charge me for it on the bill. I have had much better breakfasts elsewhere.

large menu with interesting vegan and vegetarian dresses, gluten-free menu and friendly staff sliding across the floor, knew their jobs and had time to establish rapport. prices reasonable, something that suits everyone and a fantastic view of a sunny day. we will soon be back.

Horrendous meal, £15 each for roast lamb we couldn’t eat, should have been suspicious when they handed us a steak knife.
