beautiful sunny afternoon sitting, the beer as usual is great, but the tables were covered with dirty glasses and table ware, that means a lot of weep around. So we decided to eat for a bite, burgers all around perfect and tasty, but again the young man looking for our table could not take care less, asked for ketchup mayonnaise, but between the question of the salt he was gone, and on the fourth return he brought the knife and gave it. we've been in the rage, but at this time we've paid and left. we love this pub and want to keep it, but the personal needs education and with christmas on the way they have to get their act together.
what an amazing place. was recommended by friends and it was not disappointed. we had the confit dee and swarms for beginners. then the rindburger (double planter) and the seeburger for the net. omg! absolutely brilliant. it's the best burger I've ever had. hopefully, the pictures do it right. also very affordable and I felt like napping after the meal. They also have a large play area outside where they can sit and watch the children play. 10/10
Moved to the village a few months ago from a lovely area with a friendly pub where we enjoyed the atmosphere and good people. From the very first visit to the Windmill we were welcomed and in a very short period of time, the staff and locals had names, and they knew ours. I honestly didn't think we could have have topped our last local but we never fail to have amazing time. 100% recommend!
Really......really! Good roast dinner! Clearly freshly made, perfect quantity, loverly relaxed atmosphere, nothing was a hassle or rushed. I would highly recommend a visit! So much more than just a summer pub for the beer garden they deliver all year round. Excuse the photo I was already well into it before taking a picture!!!

fantastic evening! there was live music that was brilliant! the atmosphere/the mood was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful. the food was delicious and there was a great selection of drinks and cocktails. great outdoor area with a lot of seating and dog friendly! a great local pub!
sat outside had to order our food at the bar. the sunday roasts were delicious; very generous portions of frying and nut roast, great frying and yorkshire puddings! good service and food speed was delivered hot. had no room for the desert left, but they also looked at attempts.
that is much more than a pub! can be the coconut chopper curry, the crab claw stack burger and the Tuscan chicken linguine (no, I didn't eat them all). a beautiful meal and really nice staff. Many thanks, we will see you again soon!
fabulous meal and service, first time visit, but will definitely return, piping hot and definitiw the money worth, can not recommend enough! one of the best meals we had in peterborough in one!

Large Garden play area..was there for a baby shower, so no problem for a large family and space, reasonable bar prices too and good staff communication and friendly.
Rib eye steak and chips excellently cooked. Very nice meal. Very cortious waiting staff. Fully recommend a visit.
