Cute little gem in a quiet part of Reservoir. The new owners are really friendly and always remember us when we come in. Having come here many times for coffee only, we decided to give the new menu items a go and were pleasantly surprised with how great it was! I tried the smashed avo and have been dreaming of it ever since. Such fresh and interesting flavours. Any cafe under new ownership is bound to have a few hiccups in the transition which I'm assuming is where some of the negative reviews came from, but they have well and truly found their stride now and I'd highly recommend giving them a shot.
We stopped by with our dog and family members who were visiting for a late lunch on Saturday. The service was very friendly and they even arranged a few tables together so we could sit outside with our dog. I ordered the BLT and was pleased with the generous filling, soft roll, and delicious tomato relish. It was a satisfying brunch without making me feel too full or indulgent. The others at the table ordered the blueberry muesli and French toast, and everyone seemed to enjoy their meals. We will definitely be returning to try the chili eggs and other delicious pastries from inside the restaurant.
Visited this little cafe for the first time today for breakfast. I had the Smashed Avocado with danish feta, mint, lemon, chilli, topped with tomato cucumber salsa and a side of bacon. The smashed avocado toppings were very refreshing. Very generous portions. This is probably one of my favourite smashed avo dishes. Coffee was very good too. Will definitely be back again. Shoegirl

Great food, great service, in a quiet residential street. Definitely the best spot in Reservoir to visit for breakfast or a light meal. The smashed avocado serving was generous and was delicious and fresh and the burger jaffle is also a good choice.

Coffee was really good. I was in a rush and spotted the cafe as I drove past. The guy serving me was very pleasant and quick. I think I will go back and try the food if I'm ever in that area again.

Seeing where this little cafe has come from to see where it's going, I'm excited to see where it leads me. The coffee for me isn't bad but the food is on the up and up.
