Went here tonight, got in the door, and were greeted by a woman (owner/wife? who apparently was having a bad day made it very clear in her own unpleasant way they are under staffed so we can only order off a lunch menu (it was 6:30PM and can only sit in the bar area. A man (owner/husband? said we could sit in the dining area, as they were about to fight over that I said to my wife that means no pupu platter which is what the wife wanted. Worst Chinese food ever! Last minute decision as we got out of the vehicle you could see a man inside the restaurant sleeping in a booth. You walk in there are chairs blocking the entire restaurant. So you’re only allowed to order take out. Took about 10 mins just to order. The lady taking the order was maybe a few beers short of a 6 pack. Once the order was placed the sleeping man got up. It 's a nice little family restaurant. The Wok is cosy and seems to always have at least a few people inside eating, and is sometimes quite busy! It is a long time personal favorite of my wife, and while it 's not my favorite chinese joint, it 's still more than passable. I 've found the only flaw is the kitchen 's tendency to overcook... well, just about everything. However, they are quite responsive to a request to NOT overcook things (which is admittedly a strange request to have to make), and since that occurred to me all of my meals there have been delicious.
