Hello, I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because the food was really delicious and satisfied my cravings! However, the only issue I experienced was with the customer service. There was no friendly staff member or employee to assist me when I ordered my food to go. I was in a rush to get to work and did not have time to wait around. One of the employees handed me my order in a bag, but seemed to be disinterested in their job, which is why I am giving 0 stars for customer service. I had to awkwardly put my order in my pocket, which was not a big deal for me, but as a customer, I expect better service. I was left feeling confused by the whole situation. To all the fans out there, listen up. I rarely give 5-star reviews, but honestly, this cafe has exceeded all my expectations. I tried the Chai for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. My friends were also very pleased with their beautiful sandwiches and burritos. There was a small mix-up with my friend's order being given to someone else named Pat, but mistakes happen and I understand. I would definitely come back if I could, but unfortunately I won't be in the area anymore.
I'm on the Dr. Gundry diet. If away from home his sometimes tricky to get meals right. I had the turkey bacon avacado sand switch. It comes on sourdough bread (good) and it was easy to remove the tomato slices (I would have asked, not, but forget).. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. Put the works on your list when you visit Amherst MA.
This restaurant is a very cozy spot to chill with a friend over coffee and enjoy some tasty mac and cheese or baked goods. The muffins are delicious and the scones are top-notch.
