Walked in and they were pretty busy. As first timers to the cafe there was no welcome, no info about whether to wait to be seated or find a spot for ourselves. We hung around the door unsure and uncomfortable. The waiter, a young man dressed in sportswear, told us there were very busy, very shortstaffed (as if it was our problem/fault) and that there would be a wait. Didn’t say where, so we still hung around the door feeling like awkward, unwelcome and unwanted miscreants. Eventually he cleared and cleaned a table for us upstairs, handed us a menu and we had to find the spot for ourselves.
