This is our FAVORITE place for vegan food!!! Everything we had so far was amazing! I wish I could recommend one thing above all, but I can't just choose one! It is worth the hour drive for us, as the food and service never disappoint! And the ladies who lead the show are the sweetest!! Very recommended, even if you are not vegan!! (One cannot even recognize the difference). I wish they had more hours of business and a real restaurant, but I don't doubt it's around the corner!
I hesitate to tell anyone how terrific the food is, because it's fun to have a secret but the secret's getting out anyway. We stopped by yesterday and took away the meatball sub and the potato/sausage one. Both were just indescribably good. What we couldn't finish on the spot, we reheated at dinner time, and they were still amazing. Only regret that we came too late for donuts. Seriously just the best food!
WOW!!!! Recently the ricotta and holy moly, I am blown away...mixed it in a kale pesto yesterday for Flatbread, tonight it added Banza pasta w shrooms kale...absolut adorable. Before I went vegan, I was a bit of a cheese aficionado-now that I am vegan, I definitely do not miss the cheese, but this ricotta added the perfect consistency taste for my dishes. Can't wait to try more!!
Just a treasure to these girls so close really a great source for Italian vegan foods. Best Vegan Sausage and Lasagna you will ever taste, there is a pot sauce going at any time.... You have really delicious food in general everything tastes great. If you are a cheese lover the vegan versions they offer are simply amazing. Plan, especially when you come early.
