Thyme Restaurant Bar

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the restaurant, considering it is located in a Premier Inn. Chef Nick seemed very busy but still managed to chat with us while cooking and serving meals. I ordered the BBQ burger which was delicious and the fries were fantastic. My girlfriend enjoyed her mozzarella salad, although she felt there were too many cherry tomatoes. If you are staying at this hotel, I would recommend dining in as the menu selection is not extensive but everything is cooked to a high standard.

We have been staying at the hotel for four days now. This is our second day eating at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the first day we tried the burger and it was extremely dry with no flavor. On the second day, we ordered the ribeye steak, but it came out very dry and was missing the sauce and butter that was listed on the menu. The food could potentially be good if it was not so overcooked.

I visited the Thyme Restaurant whilst staying at the Premier Inn in Crawley. I had the £23.99 meal deal (2 course evening meal, drink and breakfast) and paid for it in advance whilst booking my Premier Inn stay. Both Dinner and Breakfast were very enjoyable and the Sirloin Steak was cooked exactly as I like it.

The room was good the late bar menu was a disgrace the food was disgusting and overpriced the staff where ignorant and not very helpful prob my fault for not speaking polish would not Recommend this premier inn

Best T bone steal we've had for many many months. ALL food was extremely good and the service was excellent and professional.
