This small, very loving and cozy restaurant we chose as a place for the birthday party m family circle. From 10 80 years, every age was represented and to take it forward: each family member was culinary and personally really a l e r b e s t e s and all around happy, rich and bright! The owner runs this restaurant with Spanish cuisine with heart love, which is not hidden for every guest. We visited the place on the Sylvester evening with close friends. The ordinary menus were not available but they offered a well coordinated Sylvester menus in a là carte style so that every one had a choice of tapas, main dish and desserts. We picked four different kinds of tapas followed by meat and fish dishes as main. All tapas (beef Tataki, Iberico pork ham, stewed beef, grilled salted paprika) tasted really good and authentic. Been there several times and I just love it! So ti's time to finally let the world know... If you want to enjoy delicious authentic food you need to go to Thymian in wonderful Diessen in Bavaria. And not only food, wine as well. Beate and Christian and the whole team are doing a fantastic job to let you have a great time at their restaurant. No matter if you wanna go out with friends or for business entertainment or for a romantic evening the Thymian is the best choice to get everyone satisfied in a very pleasant atmosphere. We say that our whole family of friends love the thyme!!! : It has a wide selection of tasty tapas, selected Spanish specialties, good wines and desserts...... and this is enjoyed in a very cozy ambience.
