Located in a part of Alhaurin el Grande overwhelmed with small and affordable little Spanish bars, Tia Rosa did not stick out to us at first as somewhere to visit. However, when Zeppelin next door was closed one evening and this place was not, my friends and I figured that we would give it a try. Inside, the decoration is stripped back and basic, though a little bit prettier than its neighbour. The bar staff saw us come in, and weren't particularly busy, but it still took a long time to get served because they spent so much time standing around chatting and watching each other pour drinks instead of pouring them themselves.
