I love Cafe Tibo and went to the open mic night on Sunday to hear my friend sing. I was seated up the back of the bar and I feel the acoustic could be better. There were other tables close to mine who were a...bit noisy but I think that's because the sound never really reached them so it was harder to keep them quiet. If the sound space was more evenly balanced across the whole cafe then people would be less inclined to talk during performances which would probably please the artists as well. Just my suggestion !!
Usually love going to Tibo. But after a recent visit we were really let down. Table of seven booked for By still no food on the table and the table of four that came in after us had been served their food and...were already leaving. food arrives. Pizzas arrived and were cold. Mentioned to the staff that we were disappointed and we were told that “we were a big table.” We were not told when booking or ordering that they struggled to deliver food on time or warm to big tables. And not one apology.
Opted for Tibo for Sunday brunch recently having eaten there years ago. The menu is pretty Bruch driven with plenty of options. The venue itself was pretty busy and had actually overbook and we were asked to move our part of to a table...of to free up a table. The waiter kindly removed the coffees and soft drinks from our bill to compensate which was satisfactory. The food itself was excellent so I would recommend for a brunch.
Turned up with a friend with no prior booking and were seated outside promptly. Great, varied menu. We both ordered the storno stack, the food was fresh and delicious. The portions are very generous and the prices are more than reasonable. Great food, great value...for money, lovely restaurant inside and out and friendly service. Can’t wait to return.

I just moved in my flat in duke street and tried this cafe. The food and the coffee were nice, but the thing that I found outstanding is the warm welcome given by the owner of the shop. Had a great chat with him and...he helped us with utilities in dennistoun area. Thanks a lot for the tips on the broadband! Definitely recommended!
Had lunch in this lovely cafe with my sister and son today who has just moved into the area. I can recommend the Storno Stack which was delicious !! What I really liked though was the warm welcome and wee chat with the owner. Will...definitely be back
I am what they might call an infrequent regular. Prices are always decent and food is always delicious. The egg benedict was memorable and should be consumed by everyone

Take away from Tibo using the Uber eats app. Ordered a pizza and chips. Really delicious food and quick delivery. The portions are a good size too.
