one of four Vietnamese restaurants in this shopping center, with three other or so restaurants. small restaurant with formica topped tables, maximum seating of approx. limited, but good menu and unlicensed. the workers there have really fun working there, and there is a steady stream...from taking to midday. have only the banh xeo there in some places that is a good portion and sufficient in quality and quantity. the Com-Tam (broken reis and blackhouse) looks exceptionally good, and on my last visit was venerated by a few chefs, so my next court will try.
