Food is delicious here, and one of the most affordable Chinese restaurants we've found in Houston so far. The hot and spicy dumplings are always a good choice and we get them every time we go. The Chengdu sliced grilled fish was good and the spice level with the peppercorns was good. Other things we've tried that was decent steamed dumplings, pork xialongbao (not pictured), and shumai (not pictured). Our second time around, we tried the pork belly, which was delicious! The sweet sauce reminded me of tastes from when I was younger. I also tried Taiwanese beef noodle soup for the first time. It was very flavorful and good, although a bit oily and not my fave Asian noodles so prob won't order it...

The waitstaff was friendly, and the place was clean. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the entrees, which come with a nice bowl of rice and a generous portion of food. I particularly appreciate when a restaurant includes pictures of all the menu items, and this one does just that. We ordered the sweet eggplant and the spicy fried pork intestines, and both were fantastic. I really hope they continue to thrive because I wanted to try most of the menu and had a hard time making choices. The level of spiciness was just right for someone who enjoys spicy food. I'd rate it a 4 out of 5—it has a good kick that lets you feel the heat without overpowering the flavors or requiring you...
This is my first time ordering from Tiger' Chinese. I can only report on the food since I ordered online. I had the cashew chicken and Wonton soup. The main dish was too salty. I'm not sure from the soy sauce or just heavy-handed on the salt. The chicken was dry and chewy, and cashews were a gummy chewy texture. It seemed the ingredients were sitting in a pot over heat for too long. The sauce seemed to have reduced losing moister and intensifying the sodium. The Wonton soup was dark brown instead of a chicken broth color. The flavor was good, but the salty taste dominated the dish.
I visited the restaurant on Friday, April 21, around 4 PM, and I was surprised to find that I was the only customer there. The server was really friendly, which is why I'm giving this review 2 stars. Unfortunately, the food was quite terrible and barely edible. The chicken was undercooked and had a rubbery texture. I still left a 20% tip for the server because he was polite and attentive. However, I would not recommend this restaurant, as there are better options available in the area. Book a table now
After visiting China years ago, Tiger's was the first American Chinese food place that made me feel like I had the food again. They have a wide range of options, and they even serve duck which is a very popular dish in China. Highly recommended my fiance and I will definitely be back. We didn't take pictures sadly due to us enjoying the food so much.
I got a combo plate instead of beef and noodles that I asked for. To bad I hate shrimp made it taste odd in my mouth. The fried rice I wanted to spit back out but im polite so I ate 1 spoon full. The hostas took my meal off the bill idk if ill eat my left overs. It was very cold inside probably being wet from the rain.
Support this place it’s so unique and one of the only places I’ve found who does Szechuan peppercorns! We love to go to Chinatown and this definitely competes! It’s similar to Pepper Twins restaurant and their spicy fried chicken Cubes everything we’ve had here over multiple visits has been excellent!Food: 5/5
Worst Chinese I ate in my life. Besides being nasty they didn't even put soy sauce in my Togo order to make it remotely edible. If you think about buying food here first go Into your restroom take 25 dollars out your pocket and flush it down the toilet. Book a table now
The chicken pot stickers were disappointing; they were burnt on the outside and not heated properly on the inside. However, the Szechuan chicken was quite good.
