The design was spot on my mom loved it but the taste not what we expected my family has order many cakes from here my sons baptism cake was a success everyone loved it back in March but this cake we order specially for my moms surprise 50th bday wasn’t mocha wasn’t tres leches it was dry very disappointing hopefully next time I order a cake I get a discount or something I called to complain they just took my number ?plus half was pineapple half strawberry I just order strawberry if I remember correctly!
I ordered my gender reveal cake from Tilda’s this past weekend. The cake was beautifully decorated and delicious! Amanda at the counter was very helpful since I had no idea what I wanted, she helped with everything from ordering to receiving the gender results and decorating the cake. It was my first time at the bakery and I will definitely be back!
Cakes were flavorful. One of two cakes was the wrong type. Constructive suggestion, consider small partial refunds or a courtesy item in instances where the customer has to return to the store or perform a double check upon pickup by the clerk customers may not have time to do so on the spot.
Like everywhere else, the prices have increased and the product sizes have decreased except for the black-and-white cookies though come and they are awesome and quite large for $3
