What is this? Already they close early at 4pm. I understand the shortage of staff. But come on.. why close the store earlier than the time it suppose to close? I get to the drive thru at 3:55pm and there already close!? Arent you supposed to be taking customers until 4pm? Unless the employee gets paid only until 3:50pm? The employee is outside waiting for her lift already before 4 and ready to go. If the management know about this and does nothing, the least you can do is change the hours and not put 4pm closing if it closes before that.
This is the WORST Tim Horton ever? just waited almost 10 minutes to be NOT SERVED, I literally left caused I was 100% ignored, There was 6-7 kids working there, no customer greeting, no hello, no one moment please, nothing? they look so unorganized, it’s almost a joke. This was my last time going there.
