Every single time I come to this location, my coffee tastes different and I order it the same way every time. Also, in between cars they put a dustpan out in front of cars and drag it across the ground. My car has almost been hit with it so many times and I have to slam on brakes to avoid being hit with it. I asked about it and was told it’s because a sensor isn’t working, this has been going on for over a year so that’s a lie! The cameras at the drive thru are turned away from the drive thru and pointing south so it seems like that’s a cover up for something. I’m sure the dustpan is a cover up for the slow service they provide here.
I just left there and whoever the girl was in the window and on the speaker was probably the friendliest person I have dealt with in a drive through in (at least) a year. Had I gotten a receipt, she would have had a great survey in return! Coming from working in the food/customer service industry for (just about) ever, I know it isn't easy. Keep it up!
I am baffled by how this place can consistently provide poor service. It seems that every time I visit, my order is wrong 80% of the time. I have had enough and am willing to drive a little further to Hazel Park for a better dining experience.
Don't even bother telling them how many cream or sugar to put in your coffee because its never right. The tim hortons on 12 mile is soooo much better Service: Takeaway

Place always makes me late for work in the morning. This new crew they have are slow and have been heard being verbally profane.
One suggestion could be to offer only drinks and donuts in the drive-through during the morning hours.
This location is AWESOME!!! the service is so quick, I'm never late to work.
