Manager is so rude, not just with customers even with his own employee,, I don?t understand why they wann work in customer services business if they can?t put their ego on side, I had large soup take out and they did not even gave me enough but it look like half portion of half bun? I mean we are paying for it so why they are being so cheap about it,,, this is not my first time being ignored when I complain
Very nice clean, well organized store inside out. Got me a french vanilla steaming hot very flavory. The trainee lady seems dissatisfied when I use a handful of changes to pay for my drink, but her team supervisor jump in and calm her down immediately, telling her that it's all money so no problem I don't need to apologize. Very quick response and service speed, I'm grateful!
