This used to be a wonderful place where people from the community would come in to enjoy a cup of coffee. It was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a group of young kids aged 11 to 16 behaving inappropriately—using foul language, putting their feet on the chairs, and speaking very loudly without any consideration for those around them. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and the franchise owner should take action to address it. It's truly disheartening that parents seem unaware of where their kids are and how they conduct themselves. This was the worst location I have visited so far.
I just waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru lane. This location is always very slow but this was ridiculous! When I got to the window there wasn?t even an acknowledgement or apology for the delay. When I asked for contact information fora manager they could not provide anything. There is a serious issue with their staffing. Either under staffed or poorly trainedbut either way, you are better off driving to a farther location to get your order. The customer service standards cannot keepup with the demand. Either better staff and train your staff or close the drive thru lame since you are incapable of running itefficiently.
I would recommend steering clear of this location. They rarely have items in stock; I've been trying to get chocolate Timbits for weeks with no luck. It’s puzzling—don’t they have a baker? Additionally, the service is incredibly slow; I've waited 20 to 25 minutes just to place an order. There's also a significant language barrier at the drive-thru—it's hard to understand what the employees are saying. I know the owner is Indian and hires predominantly from his community, but it would be helpful if they could communicate in English at the drive-thru.
However, we decided to give it another try today and again ordered three ice caps, this time with whipped cream. Once again, they only gave us one ice cap, and we had to remind them of our order. It took an unusually long time for them to bring us the other two, and there were several customers behind us who were getting impatient and honked their horns due to the delay. Eventually, we finally received our order and left the place. After this experience, my mom has decided she doesn’t want to come back. Book a table now
It appeared that none of the staff were available to operate the cash register or take customer orders. One woman simply wandered around without offering any assistance. I waited over five minutes for someone to help me at the front, despite there being no one ahead of me. The other staff members seemed completely unhappy. When I inquired about speaking with a manager, a staff member informed me that there is no manager present after 1 PM. I will definitely be avoiding this location in the future.
I'm not really a fan of Tim's anymore. I find their coffee isn't that great—it's too acidic for my taste! I went in to buy some hockey cards for a friend, but they were all sold out. Now I have to make another trip. I really wish they'd bring back Country Style!
I'm not sure about this place! There are no safe pedestrian crossings available to reach the store from their busy parking lot. This is a problem with the layout and design of the drive-thru, parking area, and entrance. I even saw a child get hit by a car!

This Tim's location isn't the best. They frequently double-check their inventory for certain items. I've experienced several incorrect orders during my visits. I would recommend going to a different location.
