No concerns about the food, however 1 employee at this location I had take my money multiple times yet I thought I had rewards and would have received a free coffee. Now I was not 100% certain for those times so on Nov 7, 2023 at 14:36 I finally got the chance with the same employee of concern who served me via the drive through... I had the 400 points for a free coffee (my transaction history on app shows it) , he scanned my card and still said I had to pay the $2. Now $2 is not much but this employee has done this possibly multiple times. Is he pocketing this money...possibly. This employee may also just not know and maybe requires further training.
What a wonderful Tim Hortons! This location is definitely one of the best in town. I visit at least twice a day, and the staff here are always incredibly polite and friendly. I've never encountered such excellent customer service at any other Tim Hortons in Thunder Bay as I do here. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
Bought a bowl. Its already costly. But most of the tims gives the whole bowl. We are paying the money not for free and the bowl which I bought was like for a small kid. Very less. Food is tasty but quantity is very very low.

I really love the staff, and they make me feel valued! My coffee is always ready when I walk in, especially if a particular person is working that day. The service here is excellent!
