The man on speaker who took order was super friendly and easy to understand... The male in the window needs a retraining in customer service, as he was not friendly, and did not make sure to find a replacement for one of five hot drinks we ordered, a medium-dark roasted coffee with expresso shot. He told us the 5th coffee was not available. He urged us to drive away very rudely rather than fix the problem. I made it clear that we needed 5 drinks for 5 people and wouldn't leave even after he said we didn't order it. I made him realize we need a 5th drink we ordered.
