I ordered a drink this morning and instead of saying ice coffee, named it ice cappuccino. The name of the person who was making it- KEVIN. When I got my drink I asked why the ice is melted and after trying it I realised that it is extremely sweet. I’m allergic to sugar and any syrups. When I ask to change my drink and said that I meant ice coffee, Kevin was aggressively explaining the difference between two drinks and the recipe they have for it , and could understand my need. I always go to this place and I have never had any issues and the ladies always double check if I need sugar or anything. I am a foreigner, as the majority of people in Toronto and we might not know the recipe of drink...
I used to think this Tim Hortons was pretty good, having worked in the area for over 15 years. However, the service has recently been terrible. For example, this morning (Sept 16, 2023) I went in to buy 2 farmer's wrap breakfast sandwiches and the service was almost laughable. There were three male staff members who were all busy chatting instead of helping customers. After waiting for almost 8 minutes for my wrap, I had to yell at one of them to hurry up. The guy making my wrap was talking loudly with his coworker the entire time, and I'm pretty sure my wrap has his spit in it. To make matters worse, I was given two wraps without proper packaging - they were just thrown into a brown paper b...
For anyone passing by on King Street, the store is barely visible, as it is next to a commercial building. The main entrance has steps, which makes entry difficult for wheelchair users and people with low mobility. There is a side entrance, which gives access to the commercial building, and which has a ramp, an option for wheelchair users and people with disabilities.The food is always fresh and the display is always organized and stocked. They are generally quiet between 2pm and 6pm.The team is usually very polite, but they are always inattentive to orders, they place the order and forget to call the customer, or they call it quietly and leave the product there. The meal I had at this restaurant was filling and decent, but I had a problem with the cashier who gave me a caramel ice coffee instead of the caramel iced cappuccino I had asked for. It was around 1 p.m. and the restaurant was not very busy, with just a few customers and workers relaxing. It was frustrating when the cashier argued with me, even though I had clearly stated my order. It seemed like his mind was elsewhere as he talked to his colleague. While making conversation is good for passing time, I hope they pay more attention in the future. Book a table now
this tim’s is located in the same building as the hockey hall of fame and so it has some hockey memorabilies on the display. otherwise it is a timmy with hot.

I recently purchased a small French Vanilla coffee and it tasted like hot water. Absolutely disgusting! I will never buy coffee from this place again.
