Yet another chronically understaffed Tim Hortons. Skip this and just go to one in Belleville 20 minutes down the 401, it would be faster than waiting at this one. The line is out the door and they only have one register out of four open on a long weekend Friday, and even then there's huge breaks between taking orders. Waiting for a simple coffee takes upwards of another 10 minutes. No complaints about the staff themselves, they seemed tired and overworked but were still polite and helpful.
A 20-minute waiting time in the ride thru at 6am is simply unacceptable, especially with the only car. This place has to find out.
