We order 20 sour cream glaze via the drive-thru and as we were pulling away, we checked the container and to our dismay found that it was not all 20 of what we had ordered. They had just added on something else. When we went to ask them to correct the order, there was a whole song and dance in the way they handled it. And to boot the carryout container was so sticky! It was a mess. Would have happily given them a better review but the lack of customer care and disregard to how the staff handled the matter was very disappointing
Decided to go into the location because it?s easier for my two young kids to see there doughnut choices than ask in drive thru line. Got them out of car in the freezing cold and went in? was told the dining area was closed even though it did not look that way. But I informed them that it was a to go order, the manager informed me for there safety we had to leave and could be served thru the drive thru only. Decided not to give them our business.
Decent Location, very conventional for the commute as it was on the way to work. Very friendly and VERY fast service. My only complaint is that me and my mothers ice coffee we ordered were sweeter then were use to. Mom asked for 1.5 sugar but it tasted like it had 4 sugar. Proabky due to them doing full pumps instead of half or quarter pumps. But besides that great experience.
I go here often during my lunch breaks and have always had good experiences. Drive-Thru is always fast and workers are always so sweet and courteous :
