When the supervisor asked if she wanted the sandwich back, it made no sense to her, as it was spoiled, and ultimately, the supervisor discarded it. This Tim Hortons is constantly running out of items. I've never been to McDonald's, A&W, Wendy's, or any other fast food establishment and been told they were out of eggs, bacon, or any essential ingredient for the sandwich I ordered. How can you not have eggs at 7 AM during breakfast hours?! Regardless, I find all Tim Hortons locations in Canada to be disappointing, and this one is no exception.
It might be one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. It's very unlikely to get the order on time and in the right way.Also, it's very uncomfortable once staff from a specific demographic talk in a language other than English and French loudly about their wrongdoing in my order in front of me!
You can expect the usual experience from this chain. The indoor service was somewhat slow, and there was a limited selection of items available during my visit. Additionally, the exit is an unmarked lane next to the drive-thru, which makes navigating the parking lot quite awkward. Book a table now
I'm not sure what's going on—whether there's new management or an entirely new team—but the coffee has been tasting burnt for the last few months. To make matters worse, when I mentioned the issue to the staff, they charged me for a new cup.
The Borden Tim Hortons is a fantastic place to enjoy coffee, tea, donuts, and muffins. Conveniently, there's also an Esso Service Station located nearby. The staff at both places are friendly and always willing to assist.
The coffee at this restaurant is always top-notch and affordably priced. The ambiance is inviting, the service is prompt, and the space is well-maintained. The staff is welcoming, and the food is quite delicious as well.
